The Leaders-in-Training (LIT) program is a comprehensive eight-month program designed to enhance and develop skills of leaders in selected chapters. Running from October through May, the program involves a one-day commitment each month, homework and a project designed by the participant. We work with the participants to develop their skills in chapter building, organizing, public speaking, and political work. Our goal is to develop leaders who will move Local 2020’s agenda forward and develop their own unique strengths.
